Two-time IU graduate and former executive director of CPD, Caroline Dowd-Higgins, BM’89, MM’95, is an author, media host, career expert and and entrepreneur. Her first book This is Not the Career I Ordered was breakthrough in its approach to career transitioning and utilizing transferrable skills. Now, Caroline has a second book out that alumni and friends will find powerfully simple and useful for real-life applications both at work and at home.
