Priority number three in the Five Year Plan is Empower Staff and Volunteers. One of the many ways my office does this is by providing ongoing training such as the webcast series. Now in its third season, we surveyed you – our wonderful volunteers – to find out what you wanted and when. So, we’ve adjusted a couple of things: namely, time, topics, and methods are slightly different for this year. Check out all the offerings that will empower you to be the best volunteer leader you can be.
