The IU Alumni Association is a proud sponsor of Winter College, an engaging and uplifting weekend of learning far from the Midwest’s dreary cold weather. Join IU alumni, faculty, and friends for two days of learning, sharing, and fun in the warmth and sunshine of beautiful Naples, Florida.
Winter College 2017 takes place Feb. 11-12 at the Naples Grande Beach Resort, southwest Florida’s pre-eminent Gulf Coast retreat. Relax with fellow alumni and friends as you celebrate the spirit of IU and enjoy a rewarding educational experience!
A few examples of our outstanding faculty presenters include:
- Fred Cate, Vice President for Research – discussing the Grand Challenges program
- Ambassador Feisal Amin Rasoul al-Istrabadi – discussing change and turmoil in the Middle East and the issues likely to confront the incoming Trump administration
- James Madison, Thomas and Kathryn Miller Professor Emeritus of History – discussing two hundred plus years of Indiana history
- Mattie White, Associate Athletic Director for Academic Services and the Excellence Academy and Senior Woman Administrator, IU Department of Intercollegiate Athletics – discussing embodying the spirit: impacting lives and changing the world.

- Regular Registration Full Weekend: $150 for IUAA members; $200 for non-members
- Saturday Dinner & Reception Only: $50
- Sunday Breakfast Only: $25
The Full Weekend Registration fee includes all conference materials, Saturday evening dinner and reception, Sunday breakfast, and breaks. Hotel and travel costs are not included in the registration fee.
