Greetings, Volunteers:

Our friends from the IUB Athletics Compliance Office – Briana Fields, Andy Humes, and Brendan Armitage — came by two weeks ago to tell us all about NCAA compliance.  It’s interesting stuff, truly, even for someone like me who knows more about Bach than basketball.  If you don’t think it applies to you, think again:

• Do you know high school students who love IU sports and dream of attending one of our campuses?
• Do you attend football games, donate to the Jaguars, or root for the Titans?
• Does your best friend’s daughter play basketball for the Hoosiers or the Red Wolves?
• Do you work with volunteers that love collegiate athletics?

If any of this is true, then a refresher about compliance is applicable.
