As an alumni leader, you do so much to make IU and the IUAA better! We appreciate your time and effort, and we want to honor you during Homecoming weekend: Friday and Saturday, Oct. 13-14. Please join us for Alumni Leader Recognition Weekend, a very special part of Homecoming. Here’s a rundown of what we’ve got prepared for you:

VIP Parade Experience

Friday, Oct. 12, 6 p.m.

We’re saving the best seats at the parade for you and your volunteer leaders! Coded alumni leaders will have a front row view of the parade from a special seating area that’s complete with food and drinks. Live entertainment, fireworks, and food trucks will help us kick off the weekend Hoosier-style. Be on the lookout for the IUAA member tent along the route and check-in for a special gift!

Homecoming Huddle

Saturday, Oct. 13, 9 a.m.

Celebrate Homecoming, and gear up for game day on us! As a VIP member of our alumni family, you and your leaders will be provided two free registrations (per person) to the Hoosier Huddle, a members-only tailgate at the DeVault Alumni Center. Use promo code hoosiers18 to redeem your tickets.

Memorial Stadium On-Field Recognition

(Saturday, 10:30 a.m. to gather; 10:45 to depart for stadium)
It’s time to feel the love from the Memorial Stadium crowd! We will gather at the end of the Homecoming Huddle to march as a family over to Memorial Stadium. Alumni leaders who have tickets will take the field pre-game to be recognized over the loud speakers and present the State of Indiana flag during “Back Home Again in Indiana.” To participate, you must have a game ticket; tickets are available through IU Athletics, 866-IUSPORTS or online. Kickoff is at noon.
