Start your holiday season off with some fun and cheer at IUPUI’s annual Holiday Night at The Children’s Museum of Indianapolis! For years this event has been a seasonal favorite of alumni and their families, and this year’s event has something new for all attendees. This year’s event will be held on Friday, December 9, a change from past years when the event was held mid-week. By moving this to Friday night, we hope that more of our alumni and friends can join us to take advantage of the exclusive access to the museum.
And did you know that this event is open to all alumni from IU, regardless of campus of graduation? Bring the whole family for an evening filled with holiday spirit, tasty treats, museum exploration, and pictures with Santa. Skip the long lines and crowds to discover all five floors of the museum, as we’ll have exclusive access during Holiday Night. Enjoy special exhibits like the Disney Channel’s Doc McStuffins, Beyond Spaceship Earth, and Jolly Days, and visit with students from the IU School of Education at IUPUI who will have tables for fun crafts. The Central Indiana Alumni Chapter will be collecting nonperishable food items for IUPUI’s Paw’s Pantry. Kids can even download a Jaguar coloring page to decorate Jawz for the holiday. The smaller crowds and lack of lines during this event at the museum will make this event one of your favorite holiday traditions.
Young alumni are also invited to join us for a first-ever Young Alumni gathering at Holiday Night. Join us for an exclusive area featuring a cash bar, Indy’s Red Hot Whiskey Sippers, and a dessert bar with all of your favorite holiday confections. Each alumnus who registers will also receive a drink ticket good for one complimentary cocktail.
This year’s event will also feature a silent auction to benefit the Stefan S. Davis IUPUI Regatta Scholarship. Bid on a variety of packages this year, including:
