Culture of Candor

Last week IUAA’s terrific new board member, Lorelle Swader, shared an article she found in the Harvard Business Review online.  It encouraged leaders of all types to develop a culture of candor within their organizations, and offered honest, useable steps to do just that.

She came about it on the tails of a discussion she and I had regarding Fierce Conversations (if you haven’t read the book, you really should) and the open feeling that is created by listening, talking openly, and listening more.
