With six weeks to go, a total of 123 members have been referred in the ALL IN Membership challenge.

Lewis Jones is one of our four top alumni volunteers on the leaderboard, with 12 member referrals. Lewis shares his member recruitment tips with us today:

• I went to the members of the Alumni Board who had not joined and explained to them the vital role they play in the IUAA.  I indicated that it was important for them be setting the example for our recent graduates by making sure that they have a current and active paid membership.
• I went to friends who were alumni and explained to them the benefits that could gain by become an paid member and the networking opportunities that were available.
• Speaking in general to any alumni I meet about the importance of being a paid member and of the benefits that they have by being connected to the network of over 500K living alumni.
• Overall, I just kept asking why they weren’t paid members and explaining why they should be paid members.
